RIYADH – Over 10,000 final commercial rulings have been published on the Saudi Ministry of Justice online portal in order to help businesses and investors access thm. The rulings can be viewed under the “research center” link on MoJ website.

It is notable that commercial courts in the Kingdom handle all disputes that occur between merchants or that are filed against a merchant because of his/her business, in addition to all cases related to commercial legislation under Article 35 of the Civil Procedure Law.

The publication of rulings help build awareness in commercial judiciary and is considered an important source of information for researchers in the legal sector.
