JEDDAH — AIM, a leading restaurant consultancy & marketing company in Saudi Arabia, signed a partnership deal with India’s largest dining out platform Inresto by Dineout, which is owned by Times Internet Limited - India’s leading digital products company and the digital venture of the Times Group, India’s largest media and entertainment group.
The event took place at The Ritz Carlton, Jeddah recently.
Through this partnership, AIM has launched Inresto Technology Product - InResto for restaurants and hotels in Saudi Arabia. InResto works with over 12,000 restaurants and quick service outlets spread over India, Dubai, Singapore, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kenya. The platform is one of the largest technology platforms for the food and beverage industry in India and helps restaurants manage their reservations, point of sales (POS) system, supply chain, feedback, loyalty program, marketing communication and white-label apps.
Currently, the company processes 6 million orders and 5 million reservations and walking data in a month and has helped some of its restaurant partners improve operational efficiency by almost 35%.
Kamran Khan, MD of AIM Consultancy, said “there is a strategic gap in the market that we will tap. There are a lot of restaurant tech solutions present in Saudi market but a bouquet of all products like guest feedback, point of sales, loyalty program, supply chain, marketing communications, reservation, etc. all under one umbrella is a huge advantage with inResto.”
Co-founder and head of Global Growth of Dineout Vivek Kapoor said “while building inResto, we realized very early on that the problem that we are trying to solve was global. In our endeavor of building the product, we have found the right partners in AIM Consultancy whose expertise in the food and beverage sector of Middle East is proven. We are excited to venture into the Saudi market and clearly envision the product getting adopted with absolute ease. Our products work both on iOS and Android platforms.” — SG
