TOKYO — Emperor Naruhito of Japan received at Togu Palace in Tokyo on Tuesday Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.

The Emperor welcomed the Crown Prince, who is visiting Japan after attending the G20 summit that concluded in Osaka.

The Crown Prince thanked the Emperor for the warm welcome and generous hospitality.

Crown Prince Muhammad conveyed the congratulations of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman to the Emperor on ascending the throne, wishing him and the Japanese people further progress and prosperity.

During the meeting, they reviewed distinguished relations between the two countries and stressed the keenness of the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan to develop and enhance these relations in all fields. — SPA
