Saudia apologizes to passengers for disruption of flights

RIYADH — The Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has issued an apology to passengers for inconveniences caused by unexpected flight delays over the last few days.

"Saudi Arabian Airlines apologizes for the inconveniences experienced by our esteemed guests during recent operational delays. There have been several flights impacted in the last several days due to heavy traffic periods," Saudia said in a statement issued on Monday.

"Saudia would like to assure its valued guests that all departments are attending to the matter on a top-urgency basis, in order to rectify the issues and restore the operational timetables back to the routine schedule. We thank you once again for your patience during this time," the statement added. — SG
