Mohammed Yousuf Naghi elected Jeddah chamber chairman

JEDDAH — In its first meeting on Sunday, the new board of directors of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) elected Mohammed Yousuf Naghi as the chairman of the chamber for the next four years.

Faiz Abdullah Al-Harbe and Khalaf Hossan Al-Otaibi were elected deputy chairmen of the board.

Saleh Nasser Al-Suraie will represent the chamber at the Council of Saudi Chambers, the Riyadh-based umbrella body of the Kingdom's business community.

The new JCCI board consists of 12 directors who were elected in a voting last month by members of the chamber and six others appointed by the minister of commerce and investment.

Two women, Dina Al-Nahdi and Sarah Al-Ayed, are among the appointed board members.
