BAHA — A 45-year-old widow died when she fell into a septic tank in Al-Mandaq governorate in Al-Baha province. Deputy spokesman of Al-Baha Civil Defense Lt. Col. Abdullah Al-Thabyah said rescue teams had to empty sewage from the tank in order to retrieve her body. It is believed that the woman had died at least 10 hours earlier. The body was taken to Al-Mandaq General Hospital.
