RIYADH — Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) has started 5th and last tournament of the season 2018-19. This T20 event will be played in four leagues named Al-Kharaj, Huraymala, Hayer and Diriyah. In all, 61 teams will compete for honors at RCA Cricket Complex.

Al-Kharaj League

Riyadh Aces started the tourney with a massive win over L’usine. Riyadh Aces amassed 326 for 2. Hassan played an excellent innings of 127 and Zohaib slammed 101, while Irshad Mubashir was unluckily caught on 93. L’usine was all out for 204 in reply. Moazzam hit 74 and Abbas 64. Danish picked up 5 wickets and Abdul Salam 3.

Fuchs Lions defeated Pak Shaheen by 3 wickets. Batting first, Pak Shaheen posted 265 for 4. Faisal Khan smashed 94, Adnan 54 and Qadar 51. Owais claimed 3 wickets. In reply, Fuchs chased down the target in 19.1 overs. Muzaffar played a captain’s knock of unbeaten 179. Ali Sher, Azeez and Waheed got 2 wickets each.

Pakistan Falcons lost to KFSH Blues by 37 runs. KFSH tallied 276 for 3. Iftikhar Ali banged 118 and Nadeem Babar 53. Falcons fought hard but managed only 239. Inam slogged 75 and Umar Pervaiz 40.

Lahore Badshah cruised to victory over Samacom by 161 runs. Lahore Badshah made 294 for 4. Yassir whacked 145, Mudassir 65 and Hisham was run out on 51. Samacom got all out for a meager 133. Asif top scored with 45. Awais and Bilal took 2 wickets.

Diriyah League

Gujrat Lions trounced Al-Rifai by 78 runs. Gujrat scored 186 for 4. Mitesh scored 78 and Arpan 50. Nadeem grabbed 2 wickets. Al-Rifai got all out for just 108 in reply. Moshin resisted with 25. Nishat was the pick of the bowlers with 7 wickets.

Riyadh Warriors Yellow swept to victory over Shadin Bangla by 6 wickets. Shadin piled up 173 for 9. Zarsad (34) and Mohasin (27) batted well. Zahid grabbed 4 wickets and Bilal 3. Warriors reached the target in 16.1 overs. Saleem belted 85 and Sadiq 41.

Tigers pounded Indian Strikers Blue by 15 runs. Tigers posted 165 for 4. Roshid made 46 and Rubel 33. Indians managed 150 in reply. Sooraj and Rafeek made 35 each. Manik got 3 wickets.

Baloch Fighters defeated Mawarid by 37 runs. Baloch tallied 184-7. Pervez showed his class making 81 and Rashid supported with 39. Atif took 3 wickets and Akbar 2. Mawarid managed 147 in reply. Akbar played a stylish knock of 73 and Sandeep scored 23. Sajid took 3 wickets and Umair 2.

Ashes won a thriller against Shinkiari United by 2 wickets. Shinkiari posted 141 for 9. Khan Zeb top scored with 35. Rajesh grabbed 4 wickets, while Biju and Habeeb bagged 2 each. Ashes got to the target in 19.1 overs. Rajesh 28 and Abhilash 26 batted well. Inam took 3 wickets and Zakir 2.
