RIYADH —The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has announced that companies and institutions no longer need to visit its officer to get their commercial registration documents as the service is now available online.
The commercial registration paper is a document containing all the information related to the commercial register.
The ministry pointed out that the clients can access links on the ministry›s website or its accounts on social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram a to get the document. It is also available through live chat via the ministry›s website, the phone number 920000667 or through e-mail cs@mci.gov.sa.
This service is part of the ministry›s plans and initiatives to computerize all the services provided to beneficiaries, aiming at facilitating the procedures and providing a fair and stimulating trading and investment environment, besides supporting the transformation of the Kingdom into e-government. This is in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom›s Vision 2030.
The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has previously announced providing 58 e-services to companies, institutions and consumers. The beneficiaries do not have to visit any of the ministry›s service centers or its branches.
