KIA Al-Jabr continues to obtain KIA Motors Awards in Australia

KIA Al-Jabr and KIA Motors’ vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia won recently and for the seventh consecutive year the classification of the “platinum dealer” as been rated by KIA Motors Corporation and announced last month in Australia. The event was presided over by Pyeong Yun Park, Vice President of KIA Motors, in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Al-Majrashi, Director General of Development and Customer Care at Al-Jabr Trading Company besides other honored dealers of KIA’s vehicles from around the world.

The honor obtained by Al Jabr Trading Company “KIA Al-Jabr”, for been given the rank of “the Platinum Dealer”, which is the highest rank used to be given by KIA to the branches and dealers around the world, is based on its success in the assessment conducted by KIA Motors Corporation. The assessment depends on the extent of conformity with KIA’s global standards and requirements followed by the network of its authorized dealers around the world, which includes the quality of service provided to the customers, the distributor’s facilities, management structure, marketing, applied procedures and conducted training programs for all its employees.

Ahmed Al-Majrashi congratulated and praised all employees of Al-Jabr Trading Company for their continuous success in line with the strategies set to achieve the best standards in customer service in order to maintain the presence of KIA Motors’ vehicles in the Saudi market and confirm their entitlement to the trust that they are receiving and steadily increasing.

“Providing the best services to our customers is within our top priorities and we are very proud of our excellence in this aspect, which has been confirmed by the various awards obtained by the company either through KIA Motors or through the local specialized bodies”, said Majrashi. “We also use an internal system to measure customer satisfaction and seek to continually evaluate and improve our services to keep up with our customers’ trust”. “We are well aware that it is our responsibility to continue at the summit and move forward. This distinction is an incentive for us to provide more, especially in light of the strong competition between all the car companies in the Kingdom, which is a healthy phenomenon in favor of the Saudi car market”.

However, it worth mentioning that Al Jabr Automotive Company has recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of being KIA Motors’ dealers in the Saudi market. During which period it succeeded in achieving huge leaps in the level of sales of cars or services provided to customers, making KIA Motors the best and golden selling box in the Kingdom. — SG
