DUBAI - The Dubai Fountain, the tallest and largest choreographed fountain in the world in Emaar’s Downtown Dubai, was the venue where Korean Supergroup EXO recently performed their hit song "Power" complete with a spectacular dance performance that left fans screaming with joy.

The supergroup expressed their happiness about witnessing the inaugural performance of "Power" at Dubai’s Fountain while visiting the Middle East for the first time and realizing the huge support and love they have from their Middle Eastern fans.

“We never visited the Middle East before. It actually impresses and makes us happy to discover that we have a lot of fans here. We hope to have more support and love from this area,” said EXO.

EXO made its debut in 2012 and has enjoyed phenomenal success both in Korea and across the region ever since. "Power" is EXO’s latest hit; released in September 2017 to great success, the song has topped the charts in various K-Pop markets. "Power" will now stay in rotation, as the first K-Pop song to ever be included as part of the Dubai Fountain’s world-renowned repertoire.

“To have our song ‘Power’ played at this world-famous site as the first ever K-Pop to be played at Dubai’s Fountain is truly an honor for us. This song has the meaning of becoming stronger through hard times. This ties in with the very essence of the Dubai Fountain itself, a place where visitors from all around the world gather together in one spot to enjoy the truly spectacular fountain show. Watching Dubai’s Fountain dance to ‘Power’ was a truly magnificent experience for us. We would advise everyone to visit this amazing attraction when they are in Dubai,” they added.
