RIYADH – Shahd Al-Yaseen will start filming the third season of “North Winds” television series in the next few days starring well-known actor Muhammad Al-Mansour, Ahmad Al-Jismi, Asmahan Tawfeeq and others.
Al-Yaseen told an Arabic daily that this is a story about “the past and the present and how life has changed subsequent to the discovery of oil in the Gulf. It also provides lessons for today’s generation on how the older generation worked hard and sacrificed a lot before getting where they are today”.
The 30-episode series will be shot in different locations in the United Arab Emirates and will be run on Sama Dubai satellite television channel. — SG
