THESE are five short stories. They are not sarcastic or naive. These are about five people who (do not) or (will not) know anything about the citizens account.
I believe citizens' accounts are created according to people's knowledge to compensate them for the impact of the high living cost necessitated because of the economic changes in the Kingdom. These are the five (tragic) stories about them.
* An elderly man in a small community away from the village (Quba), located tens of kilometers away from (Asiah), located tens of kilometers away from (Buraidah), located tens of kilometers away from the ordinary house he lives in with three young children (barely) to support them through sales of his goods in the winter. In the summer, he is unaware of the world (all the world), feeding his children and his sheep and waiting for the winter to sell and earn the money. This old person does not know the meaning of "Citizen". He does not know the meaning of creating a citizen's account. He does not have a cell phone in his pocket. He does not have time and money to buy a new dress. And who will see his new dress while riding his car Datson chasing his sheep? Who will pay attention to him?
* A prisoner in Bisha charged with financial debts who left behind a wife and three daughters in a traditional house and no one knows how his family lives. Do they live from the charity of philanthropists or support from the social security? Or does the family ask for charity from society? With debts and mounting expenditures, who will pay attention to the family members?
* A taxi driver has no permanent address but highways, no home except for the rear of his car. He does not know how to pronounce the word "iPhone" or "Galaxy". All he knows is that he shouldn't exceed speed, because it will cost him a lot of money when he renews his license. But he does not know how to read the messages on his old Nokia phone. All he knows is to press the green button to answer or dial a long number to call his family to tell them: I arrived in Riyadh or arrived in the city or arrived in Qassim and will be back after several hours. Who will pay attention to him?
* A widow who does not read or write spreads her rug in the women's market. She gives foul and bread to her children from what she earns after toiling in the hot and humid summer. Her oldest son is five years old and the youngest is two. Who will pay attention to them?
* A deaf woman with nine children, including some disabled, published her picture in the far north asking for help. Does she have the qualification to get the citizen's account. Who will pay attention to her and her children?
There are those who will say: Let the social security open an office for them, and another will say: Student service offices are granted the right to register them for a symbolic amount, and I say: These we go to and they don't come to us, we look for them and they don't look for us, we ask about them and they don't ask!
Finally, who will pay attention to those who have not yet registered in the citizens account!
