Mike Fiers pitched six strong innings for his fourth consecutive victory, Carlos Correa hit his 14th home run, and Houston continued its mastery of Oakland.

Royals 6, Red Sox 4

Salvador Perez went 3-for-3 with a grand slam as Kansas City rallied to defeat Boston.

Domingo Santana hit a two-run homer in the seventh inning as Milwaukee rallied past Pittsburgh.

The Pirates’ Trevor Williams cruised through his first six innings, leading 3-1, before giving up a single to Keon Broxton and a double to Orlando Arcia to open the seventh. Tony Watson came on to face pinch hitter Eric Thames, who drove in Broxton to make it a one-run game.
