JEDDAH — Saudi Oil, KAIA, Naseem Al-Zahra excelled in the 4th week of the Jotun Paints Saudi Cup which is sponsored by Jotun Paints and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA).

In other matches, Al-Burj, Butt Sports, Hyderabad Green and Pak Shaheen recorded big wins, while Jamoom Fighters struggled for victory.

Fine bowling by Saudi Oil bowlers Ashique and Nadeem enabled their team restrict Eirad Travel to 120-9 and their batsmen comfortably chased it down for the loss of 5 wickets. KAIA beat Al-Zafer by 3 wickets with Ahsan’s excelling with 30 runs and 2-32 despite fine performance by Nahid who took 3-32 including a hat. Naseem Al-Zahra batsmen Nadeem (75 off 21 balls, 5 fours, 9 sixes) and Khalid (61 off 33 balls, 8 fours, 2 sixes) went on a rampage to post 258-6 and then skittled out Kashmir Strikers for 89. Al-Burj, led by Khalid’s superb spell of 4-12 easily overcame Makkah Kings by 5 wickets. Zaman’s inspired spell of 5-30 enabled Butt Sports record a 77-run win over Riyadh Food. Zakir (3-22) and Rahman (2-7) bowled well in tandem to give Hyderabad Green a 49-run win over AEC. Usman Mohamed’s unbeaten 128 with 15 fours and 8 sixes gave Pak Shaheen a massive 111-run win over Awan CC. Jamoom Fighters lived up to their reputation with a fighting 10-run win over Jamoom Tigers.

Saudi Oil beat Eirad Travels by 5 wickets. Eirad Travels 120-9 (Tariq 36, Hamza 24; Ashiq 2-12, Nadeem 2-20). Saudi Oil 121-5 (Jawwad 40, Khalid 20, Assad 26).

KAIA beat Al-Zafer by 3 wickets. Al-Zafer 152-9 (Moosa 44, Nahid 20; Ahsan 2-32, Assad 2-17). KAIA 154-7 (Fuad 35, Ahsan 30; Nahid 3-32, Ashraf 2-41, Kashif 2-24).

Naseem Al-Zahra beat Kashmir Strikers by 175 runs. Naseem Al-Zahra 258-6 (Qamar Javed 52, Nadeem 75, Khalid 61, Faisal 25; Arif 3-42). Kashmir Strikers 89 all out (Raheel 22, Arif 22; Adnan 2-31, Rizwan 2-18 Zia 2-8).
Al-Burj beat Makkah Kings by 7 wickets. Makkah Kings 106 all out (Rahim 64, Khalid 4-12, Zuhair 2-28, Siddiq 2-5). Al Burj 107-4 (Kamran 31 not out; Abdul Raheem 3-22.

Butt Sports beat Riyadh Foods by 77 runs. Butt Sports 180-6 (Yasir 45, Junaid Butt 52; Shahnawaz 2-34, Umair 2-31). Riyadh Foods 103 all out (Shahnawaz 20, Rafaqat 25; Zaman 5-30, Hasnain 3-14).

Hyderabad Green beat AEC X1 49 runs. Hyderabad Green 178 all out (Riaz Afridi 39, Sher 53, Ishaq 31; Asif 2-27, Atif 2-46, Tayyab 2-15). AEC 129 all out (Abid 31; Zakir 3-22, Rahman 2-7).

Pak Shaheen beat Awan CC by 111 runs. Pak Shaheen 237-4 (Usman 128 not out, Furqan 30). Awan CC 126 all out (Nadeem 67; Faisal 3-23, Furqan 3-26).

Jamoom Fighters beat Jamoom Tigers by 10 runs. Jamoom Fighters 171 all out (Ali Zafer 52, Azam 22, Usman 22; Irfan 3-26, Waseem 2-26, Rashid 2-29).
