riyadh — Majid Al-Hugail, Saudi Minister of Housing, met with SABB Managing Director David Dew at the bank’s head office in Riyadh in the presence of senior executives from the bank, the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund.

The discussion focused on ways to enhance cooperation and partnership in the field of financing housing and real estates in general, and offering of finance products that suits the programs and products launched by the Real Estate Development Fund in collaboration with the Saudi local banks.

Dew welcomed the visit of the minister which reflects the Ministry’s care and belief in the effective communication with the private sector in order to achieve the vision of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman to provide feasible solutions to facilitate the ownership of appropriate residence for the citizens. Dew confirmed SABB’s desire to contribute to achieving the aspirations of the citizens and to provide better services and products to the bank’s customers in this field.

He confirmed that SABB, with all its available channels, is ready to communicate with the customers, receive and process their applications promptly with due care and flexibility. He added that the present prestigious status of SABB in the field of real estate financing is attributed to the distinctive products offered by the bank to customers, besides “our flexibility and promptness in the processing of the customers’ applications.” — SG
