PETROMIN, the leading lubricants and automotive services company in Saudi Arabia, launched on Sunday its first ‘Customer Day’ Program in Jeddah in the presence of Petromin’s CEO Samir Nawar, accompanied by the vice presidents and senior executives to personally deliver services to the customers and meet with them at Petromin fuel stations.
The event kicked off in two of the main petrol stations of Petromin in Jeddah, Heraa Street and Sheikh Bin Baz Street and lasted for several hours in each station. Petromin stations offer all services to customers, including fuel filling and cars’ windshields wiping.
‘Customer Day’ program exemplifies Petromin’s intensity to the customers as top priority by establishing a strong relationship with the customers to comprehend their requirements and expectations to provide them with the very best feasible customer service.
Samir Nawar said “we are here today to serve the customers and prove to them that they are our top priority and to corroborate their satisfaction.”
During the event, customers who attended at the stations had the opportunity to interact with the senior executives and express their comments and suggestions on the services they receive at Petromin stations.
“I want to confirm that this program will not be limited to Jeddah but will be applied in main cities of the Kingdom and it will not be only a day-long effort.
