L’Oréal voted as most attractive employer in Saudi FMCG sector

L’ORÉAL has been voted as the most attractive employer for business students amongst Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the KSA and UAE. Over 12,600 students of different majors from 43 universities participated in Universum’s “Most Attractive Employers Ranking” survey.

The survey offered comprehensive insights into students’ views on their future careers, prospect employers, in addition to what they consider as the most important factors in their employment decision. Amongst Business students in KSA, L’Oréal ranked as 8th most attractive employer, up from 11 in 2015. Whereas in UAE, L’Oréal ranked as 8th most attractive employer across all sectors, up from number 9 in 2015.

12,637 students were surveyed. In KSA, the survey covered 5,000 students from 13 universities, including: King Saud University, Effat University, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and Dar Al-Hekma University. In the UAE, 7,637 students from 30 UAE universities were surveyed, including: UAE University, Zayed University, and American University of Sharjah. While
