The first PPP airport project in the region: Madinah Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport

TAV Construction realized the first PPP airport development project in the region; Madinah Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport. Madinah Airport is also the first LEED Gold certified airport by USGBC in the Middle East and North Africa region and the first LEED Gold terminal building outside US. Lastly, the airport received the Airport Project of the Year in ENR’s 2015 Global Best Projects Awards.

Extending footprint to Bahrain and beyond: The preferred contractor for 5 of the 6 capitals of the GCC Region

TAV Construction is the main contractor of the Abu Dhabi Airport Midfield Terminal Complex, which is set to become the landmark gateway of the capital of the UAE.

Having completed the state-of-the-art Passenger Terminal Complex of the Hamad International Airport in Qatar, the Terminal 5 of Riyadh King Khaled International Airport, Madinah Airport and the Airside & Landside Infrastructure Works package of the Muscat International Airport, TAV Construction’s newest award, together with its JV Partner, Arabtec Construction, is the Main Works package of the Airport Modernization Program at Bahrain International Airport.

This package covers the construction of a 220,000 square meters terminal building, car park and airside infrastructure works and central utility complex. With Bahrain airport project, TAV Construction has consistently become the preferred contractor for 5 of the 6 capitals of the GCC Region.

Building the Skylines of the Cities of Tomorrow

Although TAV Construction’s main area of expertise is the construction of airports and related facilities, the TAV team has applied this know-how to non-aviation projects as well expanding its portfolio to include the construction of iconic buildings which will be part of the stunning skylines of the cities of tomorrow.

Marina-101 Hotel & Residences, Damac Towers by Paramount in Dubai and Emaar Square in Istanbul, are the ongoing building projects of TAV Construction.
