BAHA — A boy drowned in a swamp. Baha Civil Defense spokesman, Lt. Gen. Abdullah Al-Dhibya, said the Civil Defense received reports of a 13-year-old boy who drowned in Rukhzah Valley. The Civil Defense located the body and were able to recover it from the swamp. The boy died before the Civil Defense arrived. The incident was forwarded to the pertinent authorities.
