DUBAI — The Kingdom of Bahrain Pavilion showcases to international real estate investors a number of leading real estate developments in Bahrain at Cityscape Global event, commencing today at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

The Bahrain Pavilion presents four landmark investment projects across the kingdom: Diyar Al Muharraq, innovative urban development including the distinctive Dragon City; Bahrain Bay, a waterfront district at the heart of the capital Manama; Durrat Al Bahrain, a hallmark island city; and Hasabi, a project under Manara Developments, a real estate development company with a portfolio of residential and light industrial sector projects.

The $3.2 billion Diyar Al Muharraq is a unique master-planned city surrounded by 40 kilometers of waterfront and beaches with a range of housing and quality lifestyle options. The project offers a comprehensive blend of residential and commercial properties, hotels, schools and hospitals; aimed at creating a long-term, sustainable and attractive township for people.

Bahrain Bay, a $2.5 billion waterfront real estate development on the northern coastline of Manama, is a mixed-use development designed to include residential, commercial, retail, tourism, and community facilities and public amenities.
