Swisshouse, the Kingdom’s own casual dining restaurant, recently opened its first branch in Jeddah on Prince Sultan Street in the presence of CEO Fouad Al Jarboua & Executive Manager Khaled Rabie. Promising an outstanding experience enriched with high-quality food, excellent services that meet international standards and soothing ambience, Swisshouse fulfills its promise and provides guests a memorable experience with exceptional value. The restaurant serves a mouth-watering range of classic and casual dinner menu including sharable appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, salads, in addition to world-class steaks and incredible desserts.

Swisshouse opened its first branch in Madinah, which was considered the largest in town and across the Kingdom, sprawling over a space of over 2,400 meters square, with indoor and outdoor dining areas. It was built on the principles of family, fun and qualitative service. Ever since, it has been powered by diners’ trust, celebrating seven years of successful business with a flavorful menu every season, continuous promotions and campaigns, and served over than 350,000 guests last year in their Madinah branch. Operated by United Franchises Company, Swisshouse Restaurant is expected to have branches all over the Kingdom.

One of its specialty dishes which one must not miss is Bursting Chicken Tacos, made with soft tortillas, overstuffed with chicken strips spun with wing sauce, mix cheese, lettuce and drizzled with creamy ranch. Yet another dish unique to their menu is Sizzling Mushroom Ribeye, a juicy Ribeye steak seasoned with a dash of Swisshouse seasonings, covered with fresh mushroom sauce, served over a bed of spring vegetables and Mexican rice. Their burgers are juicy and grilled to perfection. Big Smoke Avocado Burger is made from fresh ground beef grilled on flame, packed with jalapenos & tropical ripe avocado chunks, on a freshly baked bun brushed with avocado ranch. Served with lettuce, tomato, red onion rings and pickles, it’s a gourmet burger, which is juicy and toothsome.

The restaurant also offers a lip-smacking dessert menu, following a simple motto: “You can’t buy happiness but you can buy desserts.” And this holds true, especially if you try their Oreo Brownie Earthquake. Super fudgy and smothered with Oreo cookies, its served with vanilla ice-cream, giving a burst of tastes likes an earthquake, as you take the first bite! Another popular dessert is their signature dish Lotus Berry Madness- a delectable blend of Lotus biscuits, Philadelphia cheese, lotus paste and ice-cream mixed with blue berry and raspberry sauce.

What’s impressive is that their portions are indeed huge – everything from the Big Smoke Avocado Burger to the Swiss Molten Down Cake is super-sized.
Swisshouse also offers reasonable rates and their unbeatable lunch offer serves a full portion of soup or salad, main course and drink for only SR35. — SG
