SAP Saudi Arabia has been officially certified as the top employer in the Kingdom by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings.

The annual, international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute recognizes leading employers around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and which strive to continuously optimize employment practices. SAP Saudi Arabia has been awarded the exclusive Top Employers Saudi Arabia and Top Employer Middle East 2016 Certification.

“Creating a diverse and inclusive culture makes us a better company, fueling our innovation, enhancing our experience of work, and enabling us to succeed in a rapidly changing world,” said Nelly Boustany, Head of Human Resources, SAP MENA.

“As companies undergo digital transformations, functions and processes, including HR, are being radically reinvented. And with that reinvention, HR will assume a new kind of leadership role helping to shape the workforce of tomorrow,” added Nelly Boustany.

The Top Employers Institute globally certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people. It has just announced the results of this year’s research into the employee conditions of significant employers worldwide. SAP Saudi Arabia is one of the select organizations to achieve the Top Employers Middle East 2016 Certification, and is delighted to be officially recognized as a leading employer.

“I am very proud of this achievement for SAP Saudi Arabia. The official certification from Top Employers in 2016 confirms SAP Saudi Arabia is on the right path, offering the conditions for our people - our greatest asset – to thrive and succeed, along with our customers, in this digital era,” said Ahmed Al-Faifi, the Managing Director of SAP Saudi Arabia.

“By joining forces with our Talent and Development Institute’s University Alliance Partners, we’re identifying and training the next generation of high-achieving Saudi national leaders who will drive the Kingdom’s Digital Economy. SAP Saudi Arabia employees need to have the right IT and business skills, passion for learning, and customer-centric mindset to succeed,” added Ahmed Al-Faifi.
