BAHA — A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a mother and her son in Al-Baha province. The victims were murdered in their own home in Al-Saidan village last Sunday. The case was under investigation until a man approached the police and admitted committing the murders. The man claimed that he was acting alone. The woman’s daughter, who reported the murder, was brought in to identify the suspect in a police lineup. She pointed to the man who had turned himself in. The police later found out that a relative had allegedly dropped the suspect to the crime scene but was not involved in any other way. The murderer will be detained in the general prison and the case will be forwarded to investigation authorities.
