Majority of Saudis and most Arabs do not have thin fine hair but are gifted with heavy dark locks. This gets in the way when you want to maintain a particular look everyday.



Many young women aged between 18 to 25 years, told Saudi Gazette they go to hair salons for blow-drying their hair at least once a week and have colored their hair at least once.



According to Huda, most of her clients ask for straight hair. The most common problems are dealing with naughty hair that is usually curly or wavy and dry because of surplus humidity.



“If people have naughty hair, you need to take care of it,” she said. The physical effects of blow-drying play with heat and moisture on the physical fragments of hair.

Tips for Naughty Hair

 

* Before you get into the water use conditioner, be it at the beach or swimming pool, for moisture as it conditions your hair. This saves it from the outdoor heat and dust.

* Take care of your hair in the sun. The sea water makes it lighter.



* Shampoo only the top of your hair roots and use conditioner all over your hair.



* Use conditioner to even out the ends, especially if you straighten or blow-dry your hair a lot.



* Use good heat blow dry. Don’t use it in the roots so much- only at the ends.



* Use good blow dry techniques to avoid damaging your hair.



* You can tell your hair is extremely dry if the ends become dry very quickly.Use Keratin and hair Botox in these cases.



* Very dry and extremely curly hair needs regular oils and hair treatments.



Popular blow-dry styles

 

1- For soft hair we use a metal brush with rollers and blow dry it twice.



2- Curly hair. But it should never be blow-dried when it is dry. It will become frizzy quickly, so always keep it moisturized.



3- Straight hair is the most popular.



4- Naturally wavy. Usually they women want a blow dry with curled ends using a brush.
