Stray camels cause accident; 3 injured

Three expatriate workers were injured when their vehicle hit stray camels that were crossing the Kara–Al-Atawlah Road.

BAHA — Three expatriate workers were injured when their vehicle hit stray camels that were crossing the Kara–Al-Atawlah Road. Spokesman for Baha Police Maj. Abdullah Al-Zahrani said the vehicle driver was caught by surprise when he saw the camels on the road and could not avoid them. One of the camels was killed due to the force of the impact. He added the injured were taken to hospital and that the camels’ owner would be held responsible for not monitoring and controlling his animals.
