SAIP now to be under purview of prime minister office: Royal order

RIYADH — The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) has organizationally put under the purview of the prime minister office, according to a royal order. The royal order also directed that the Board of Directors of the SAIP would be headed by the Minister of State Mohammed Bin Abdulmalik Al Al-Sheikh, who is also a member of the Cabinet. The authority was previously under the purview of the Ministry of Commerce. — SG
