Chicago in a tie for WNBA playoff spot

ROSEMONT, Illinois — Chicago Sky moved into a tie for the fourth and final playoff spot in the WNBA’s Eastern Conference by beating the defending champion Minnesota Lynx 83-70 Tuesday. Epiphanny Prince scored 26 points and Courtney Vandersloot added 17 for the Sky. Maya Moore scored 18 points for Minnesota. Meanwhile, Atlanta Dream made it give wins from six games with a 77-61 defeat of the Seattle Storm. Angel McCoughtry scored 23 points and Erika DeSouza had 20 for Atlanta.Lauren Jackson had 14 points for the Storm, who have already secured their WNBA-record ninth consecutive playoff berth. — AP
