Pia Guanio gives birth to baby girl

MANILA — Television host Pia Guanio gave birth to a 7.8-pound baby girl via Caesarian section after midnight of August 30, the new mother herself told the Philippine Daily Inquirer in a text message.

Scarlet Jenine G. Mago was born at 12:55 A.M., Guanio said. Both mother and baby are doing well, according to the text message. Pia is married to businessman Steve Mago. — Agencies
