King congratulates Afghan President

JEDDAH — King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, sent a cable of congratulations to Afghan President Hamid Karzai on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day. On behalf of the people and government of Saudi Arabia, the King wished Karzai good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
