Pakistani Navy ship hosts Iftar dinner

DAMMAM — A reception ceremony was held on board Pakistani Navy ship PNS Tippu Sultan, Tuesday night. The ceremony was followed by an Iftar dinner hosted by the captain of the ship, Capt. Rahat Ahmad Awan. The naval ship is in the Kingdom on a goodwill cum training mission.

A large number of officials from the Royal Saudi Naval Force and notable residents from Dammam and surrounding areas attended the dinner. Rear Admiral Abdulaziz Abdullah Al-Shaban,  Commandant Technical Institute of Naval Sciences, was the chief guest.

PNS Tippu Sultan arrived in Dammam on July 28 on a goodwill cum training mission. Gp Capt. Athar Shams, Naval and Air Attache, senior officials from Royal Saudi Naval Forces and Dammam Port received the ship.
