21 arrested in factory raid

RIYADH – Riyadh Police arrested 21 expatriates who managed a factory producing fake car engine oil. Police put the factory under surveillance when they received a tipoff. After raiding the factory and arresting the Asian expatriates, police found dozens of boxes containing fake car engine oil. Police said the men were cheating customers by filling genuine bottles with the fake oil.
