Housing project for pensioners launched

RIYADH — The National Society for Retirees has signed an agreement to launch a housing program, according to which housing units will be constructed for male and female retirees, who are members of the society, at suitable prices that are lower than the market price.

The agreement will allow retirees to pay for these housing units on installment basis, as per the installment regulations and agreements with the banks and companies. The retiree will have the option to build on a land he or she owns or to purchase a ready housing unit. — SG/SPA
