SIPCO earns ‘Pepsi Bottler of the Year Award in MEA’

JEDDAH-based Saudi Industrial Projects Company (SIPCO) has been honored by Pepsi Cola International as the 2011 Bottler of the Year in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

SIPCO received the award in recognition of the company’s outstanding leadership, passion and results achieved during 2011.

Sheikh Ahmed Salem Bugshan, Chief Executive Officer of SIPCO, accepted the award from Sanjeev Chadha, President of PepsiCo Middle East and Africa, during a special ceremony held at Ahmed Bugshan’s corporate office.

"We are honored and humbled to receive such a prestigious award; it is a reflection of the hard work and dedication demonstrated by all SIPCO employees and associates." said Bugshan following the handover.

"We are delighted to receive the Bottler of the Year title, and I believe that this recognition will instill a great sense of pride among our staff and all Saudis alike," he added.
