2 officers injured during arrest

TAIF — Six illegal expatriate workers were arrested by police in Taif after they attacked two officers during a raid carried out by security agencies against expatriates violating the Kingdom’s residency and labor laws. Four others remain on the loose.

 

When the two officers attempted to arrest an illegal worker, nine of his friends attacked and assaulted them. The injured officers were transferred to King Abdulaziz Hospital. — SG
