AR’AR — Saudi national Nimir Al-Otaibi was released from Iraqi prison after serving his term.

Al-Otaibi was sentenced to 10 years in jail for illegally crossing into the country. He returned to the Kingdom Friday.

Meanwhile, the Iraqi Embassy in Riyadh has sought from authorities in Baghdad information about Abdullah Muhammad Al-Anezi who is awaiting release after completing a 10-year prison term at a prison in Al-Sulaimaniah city in Iraqi Kurdistan, a source at the Iraqi Embassy in Riyadh said Saturday.

He assured Al-Anezi would be treated well after his release.
