ALJOMAIH Automotive Company (AAC), the largest Cadillac dealer in the Middle East, further confirmed its well-established reputation for trustworthiness, value and customer service, with the latest GM survey showing a marked improvement in customer satisfaction.

The survey run by General Motors registered 49 percent percent improvement in customer service for the first quarter of 2012. This comes after a year-on-year growth of 57 percent in 2011. At AlJomaih Automotive, the handling of customer is of paramount importance. Right from the moment the customer steps into the showroom, to communication with the sales team, and down to phone follow-ups and preparation of car upon purchase, the customer is pampered with every attention to detail in order to ensure comfort.

AlJomaih excelled in all aspects of satisfying the customer even to the smallest detail — from explanation of warranty, free service to car delivery — to ensure his utmost satisfaction, the survey showed. — SG
