Tamer Group ‘second best’ in Saudi workplace

TAMER Group has won the second best place among Saudi companies this year in terms of work environment according to the annual ranking list issued by Team One Consulting.


Tamer Group is specialized in importing, manufacturing pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, nutrition, wellness and beauty, with staff of more than 3,000 employees.
 

Tamer’s strategy is to develop human capital through package of programs adopted by the Group’s management in order to enhance the performance of employees and develop their skills, as well as providing optimum business environment and training programs. The Group has adopted the policy of intensive training in the past years with the aim of staff development to compete with local and international companies, also, to access highest levels in terms of work environment or competitive environment.
 

Company’s Chairman Ayman M. Tamer said "the group believes that the provision of an appropriate environment is the catalyst to staff motivation and the key factor for achieving best results.’’
 

It has also invested in Tamer’s logistics Academy to rehabilitating Saudi cadres and enabling them to compete in the local labor market, while taking care of employees who want to complete his/her studies overseas. The Group has signed agreements with many universities in the Kingdom to attract qualified personnel and give students opportunity to work in summer time within the group.
 

Working days at Tamer Group are five days a week and the lowest payroll for Saudi employees is SR3,000, in compliance with the regulation of the Saudi labor office. Standards for payrolls and related incentives are as high as those in international companies working in the Kingdom.
