GURAYAT — The scene could have been from the streets of Pamplona during the San Fermin Festival. The only difference was that this time it was only one bull and the incident happened in Al-Gurayat.
The animal had jumped off a transporter while on the way to a slaughterhouse, creating mayhem among hysterical pedestrians and traffic.
The raging bull was finally brought to his knees by a tranquilizer shot and taken away by his relieved owner. — SG
