JUBAIL – A number of companies in the Jubail industrial city have adopted a novel method to ensure their employees feel motivated.
One company has decided to help employees move into recently constructed homes. Under the initiative the company provides employees with all the details of new housing projects. The employees are free to choose any units that they like within their budget according to a local newspaper report. Some other companies in Jubail have helped employees secure housing loans to buy new homes.
The new schemes are a great way of retaining employees who have years of experience. – SG
