CAIRO – Egyptian actress Nada Basyouni has just completed filming the new TV series “Bats” where she plays the role of an intelligence agent. Her role is based on a true story of a woman who was working for the intelligence services for many years. The series stars Mervat Amin, Boussi, Samir Ghanem, Dalal Abdul Aziz and Samir Sabri.
The actress is excited at the imminent launch of “Case of Her Excellency the Minister”. In this series she plays the role of a physician whose daughter gets involved in an illicit relationship. The mother works hard to bring justice to her daughter. The cast list includes Yousif Shaban and Mustafa Fahmi. — SG
