KSA, Pakistan sign accord to boost media cooperation

Abduaziz Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, and Firdous Ashiq Awan, Pakistani Minister of Information and Broadcasting, exchange documents after signing an agreement to enhance bilateral cooperation in the field of culture and media. — SPA
ISLAMABAD — The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have signed a draft agreement to enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of culture and media.
The draft agreement was signed here Thursday by Dr. Abdul Aziz Khoja, Saudi Minister of Culture and Information and Firdous Ashiq Awan, Pakistani Minister of Information and Broadcasting.
The signing ceremony was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadeer, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for External Information Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Saleh Bin Salamah, and a number of senior officials.
Khoja returned to the Kingdom Friday at the end of his several days official visit to Pakistan where he held talks with several leaders on aspects of improving relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. — SPA
