Metal thieves held

JEDDAH – Six men – three Chadians, two Yemenis and a Sudanese – accused of dismantling and stealing aluminum gates of buildings and villas and then selling them to scrap metal merchants were arrested here Saturday. Police initially arrested two Chadians who were trying to sell aluminum pieces and batteries. The two led to the rest of the gang who confessed committing robberies in different parts of the city. – Okaz/SG
