LAHORE – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman and one of Pakistan’s most illustrious cricketers Imran Khan has been hospitalized after he suddenly fell ill on feeling pain in his stomach, Geo News reported Monday.
Khan was being operated upon for small intestine at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital. This pioneering, state-of-the-art hospital located in the heart of the Punjab was founded by Imran Khan. Later on, he was successful.
Khan has announced to launch mass movement against NRO in Pakistan. Addressing a press conference Sunday at PTI Central Secretariat, he said the politicians who oppose this black law, would be ‘number one’ and those who support it, would be ‘number two’.
Imran Khan said his party will kick-start people coordination campaign against Kerry-Lugar Bill and the NRO, adding a large demo would be held in Islamabad on Friday and another protest demonstration would be staged in Lahore on Saturday.
PTI chief said former President Gen (rtd) Pervez Musharraf earned dollars in return for bringing the US war in the country.
No official news has been released by medical staff till now for Khan’s discharge from hospital.
