3 Pakistanis die in accidents

DHULUM/AL-AHSA – The Pakistani driver of a truck load of dates was killed Wednesday when his vehicle hit a crash barrier and left the Taif to Riyadh highway, reportedly due to “careless driving”. Two more Pakistanis died on the same day and three of their relations were injured when the truck they were traveling in overturned late at night on the Al-Ahsa to Khureis road, around 180 km from Al-Hofuf. Police said the accident was due to excessive speed. – Okaz/SG
