Killer caught trying to flee over border

ARAR – A Saudi man has been arrested for shooting dead a resident of Arab nationality in Arar Monday night. The accused, in his thirties, shot his victim next to his car after a long-running dispute between the pair, and police detained him as he reportedly attempted to flee the country. – Okaz/SG
