Probe result soon on embassy arson attack

RIYADH – The Saudi ambassador to Sweden Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Judai’a, has said the investigation results on the arson attack on the embassy building in Stockholm will likely be announced within the next week. “The embassy has hired a lawyer to follow up the case with the relevant authorities in Sweden,” he said. A man described as having eastern features attempted earlier last month to burn the doors of the embassy. The man who also burnt his car near the building was spotted and arrested by two of the embassy’s Swedish security guards. – Okaz/SG
