Hai’a arrests Arab woman drug dealer

RIYADH – The Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai’a) has arrested an Arab woman in her 20s for dealing in hashish. The 26-year-old woman, whose official work as a sales representative for a real estate company reportedly facilitated her illegal sideline which was conducted predominantly within the female community, was arrested along with a unrelated 29-year-old man who accompanied her to conclude what they believed was a drug deal, but was in fact a sting set up by the Hai’a. – Okaz/SG
