Hashish haul seized

NAJRAN – Highway patrols in Najran prevented the smuggling of 130 kilograms of hashish, which a motorist tried to bring into the Kingdom by road.A security source at the Highway Patrols Administration said a police cruiser tailed a car driven by a Saudi national on the Najran-Asir Road. After they pulled him over and checked the vehicle, they found 11 bags containing 130 tiles of hashish. The driver and the hashish haul were handed over to the Drug Combat Department. – Okaz
