RIYADH: The Institute of High Technology for Girls is holding Saturday a Careers Day to acquaint the public and businesses with the institutes’ courses and encourage the private sector to take on its graduates. Held under the patronage of Princess Seeta Bint Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, the Careers Day will provide the institute’s students with the opportunity to exhibit their dress designs and tailoring and offer make-up and hair-dressing services to visitors. The institute has invited representatives from the Ministry of Civil Service, the General Organization of Social Insurance, the Human Resources Development Fund and the Credit Bank, all bodies which offer employment opportunities or loans for graduates to start their own businesses. — Okaz/Saudi Gazette
