AL-AHSA – The District Court in Al-Ahsa on Sunday deferred the trial of a Saudi consultant accused of sexually harassing his female patients.
The case will now be heard on April 27.
The consultant was referred to the court after a complaint from a patient to the Health Affairs that he uncovered her private parts. Health Affairs stopped the consultant from practicing his job after receiving similar complaints from his colleagues, who alleged that he had crossed the profession ethics and violated the Health Ministry instructions forbidding a doctor from treating any woman without the presence of a relative or a nurse. – Okaz/SG
